The dedication ceremony for Kelsey’s Bridge was held on October 14th where many from the community gathered in remembrance of Kelsey. We are so grateful to so many that the dream of Kelsey’s Bridge was able to become a reality.
This could not have been accomplished without the support and generous donations from friends, family and the community.
