Thank you to everyone who applied for the Kelsey Kramer Scholarship.  Kelsey’s Scholarship honors Kelsey by allowing us to issue a scholarship award in her memory to an OJRHS graduating senior who shares her values and goals as well as embraces Kelsey’s integrity and character. The response was tremendous this year with many qualified candidates.  We are proud to award the Kelsey Kramer Scholarship this year to Chris Anitch and Maddie Sutton.  These two individuals truly embrace Kelsey’s Kharacteristics and exemplify the values of our daughter Kelsey Lynn Kramer. Congratulations to Chris & Maddie.  We are honored that you will be a part of Kelsey’s Legacy.
