             Kelsey Kramer Scholarship

       Kelsey’s Legacy supports The Kelsey Kramer Scholarship  established through the Owen J Roberts Education Foundation.  This scholarship honors Kelsey by allowing us to issue an award annually to an OJR graduating senior who shares her values & goals as well as embraces Kelsey’s integrity, character and spirit.   Through this award, we will keep Kelsey’s spirit alive through the lives of others and through each of you.
