The Kelsey Kramer Scholarship established in tribute to Kelsey is a way for Kelsey’s Legacy to live on. We are proud to award the Kelsey Kramer Scholarship this year to Ryan Michener & Lauryn Wensel. These two individuals truly embrace Kelsey’s Kharacteristics and exemplify the values of our daughter Kelsey Lynn Kramer.
