Thank you to everyone who applied this year for the Kelsey Kramer Scholarship.  The support from the OJR community has been amazing. The Kelsey Kramer Scholarship established in tribute to Kelsey is a way for Kelsey’s Legacy to live on.  We are proud to award the Kelsey Kramer Scholarship this year to Ryan Michener & Lauryn Wensel.  These two individuals truly embrace Kelsey’s Kharacteristics and exemplify the values of our daughter Kelsey Lynn Kramer.
